<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, providing financial advice, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll</li><li>Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and conversant with BPO.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management</li><li>Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting</li><li>Ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively</li><li>Perform audits and financial reconciliations as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or related field</li><li>7+ years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software&rsquo;s</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li></ul>
