Experience Matters:

  • Any relevant degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Officer or Manager in a small organization.
  • Proven track record of managing people and resolving challenging staff issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
