Full Job Description
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather and analyze data from tests experiments to support material development and process improvement.</li><li>Prepare all required documents and ensure accuracy of all data.</li><li>Co-ordinate with team, perform troubleshoot on process according to requirement.</li><li>Support the process engineer to manage and interpret bench-scale laboratory experiments aimed at understanding the mineral dressing characteristics of ores of rare metals, including rare earths.</li><li>Work alongside production, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure material specifications align with project goals.</li><li>Provide technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis, and assist to reduce defects.</li><li>Monitor all processes, resolve all issues and coordinate with management and external parties to reduce downtime.</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in handling material equipments.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering,Production Engineering, Metallurgical and Material Engineering, other Science, and Engineering related field.</li><li>Fresh graduate or minimum of 1 year experience in Steel Manufacturing Industry.</li><li>Living within Abuja, Niger, Kaduna State or close proximity is an added advantage.</li><li>Must be available to resume immediately.</li></ul><p>Required Competencies:</p><ul><li>Equipment Maintenance skills</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Job Planning & Estimating</li><li>Quality Assurance/Control.</li><li>Risk Assessment & Management</li><li>Quality Management Engineering.</li></ul>
