Position Overview:

In this remote position, you’ll assist customers by answering questions, providing product support, and helping them navigate services with confidence. This position offers flexibility of working from home while contributing to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone with a professional and welcoming attitude

· Offer product guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot basic issues

· Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary

· Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams

· Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information

· Document feedback, recurring issues, and customer suggestions

· Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues

· Ensure positive and informed customer experience every time

· Stay up to date on product features and policies

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Previous remote customer service experience preferred

· Strong communication and active listening skills

· Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

· Ability to work independently, multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively

· Positive attitude and customer service mindset

· A quiet workspace

· Ability to remain patient and composed during challenging or stressful interactions

· Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)

· Applicants must provide their own computer with windows 10 or 11

· A reliable high speed internet connection is essential for this remote position
