<p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><ul><li>Ensures revenue targets are met for assigned region by increasing no of profitable agents/partners locations</li><li>Scouts assigned territory for potential locations/partners and agents</li><li>Works with partners/agents to increase sales volume in assigned territory through various interventions, such as trainings, advising, embarking on promotions, etc.</li><li>Ensures proper documentation for all new locations, such as signed Agreements etc.</li><li>Gathers market intelligence and reporting to Head Ops promptly</li><li>Maintains constant communication and positive relationship with Sax partners</li><li>Works with IT Personnel in assigned region to ensure minimal down time on all slots.</li><li>Ensures prompt submission of reports such as PC period closing figures, additions, deductions, non-financial assessment as well as asset conditions in Partners' Outlet.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Ability to develop and implement sales strategies</li><li>Knowledge of the gambling industry and market trends</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field</li></ul>
