<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><ul><li>The Students&rsquo; Services team serves as a central point of contact for addressing student concerns, acting as a vital link between students and RBTC Nigeria&rsquo;s school resources.</li><li>The Students&rsquo; Services Support Personnel will engage directly with students, offering essential administrative support related to school resources, and assisting staff, volunteers, and team members with admissions, enrollment, and student records management.</li><li>This role is designed to streamline operations by reducing routine student inquiries to Campus Coordinators and the IT department, functioning as a one-stop center for student-related services.</li><li>A high degree of confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations is essential for success in this role.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities / Duties</strong><br />Spiritual Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Must maintain a vibrant, passionate, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.</li><li>Actively participate in and financially support a local Bible-believing church.</li></ul><p>Student Services:</p><ul><li>Assist the Students&rsquo; Services Coordinator in managing the admissions and enrollment process on campus.</li><li>Collaborate with the Students&rsquo; Services Coordinator to oversee student outreach programs that support student retention and success.</li><li>Partner with the IT/Data team to facilitate student enrollment on platforms such as the Rhema App and other interactive systems.</li><li>Inform admitted students of their acceptance and provide them with their login credentials.</li><li>Help in planning and facilitating student orientation programs.</li><li>Communicate approved orientation program details to all relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with the Accounts team to verify students&rsquo; fee-payment status and notify students as appropriate.</li><li>Prepare, package, and submit all admission documents for review and signature by the Assistant Divisional Leader.</li><li>Distribute orientation and admission packages to both new and returning students.</li><li>Collect signed Honor and Conduct Code agreements from all students during orientation.</li><li>Listen and respond to student concerns, escalating issues to the Students&rsquo; Services Coordinator as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with IT/Data to assign student numbers, create ID cards, and distribute them to students.</li><li>Assist in collating, processing, and securely storing student exam results and academic records.</li><li>Track and manage student attendance for both online and in-person class sessions.</li><li>Monitor student exam results, track outstanding exams, and maintain a pass/fail record.</li><li>Oversee the tracking of reading assignments and PMR form submissions.</li><li>Ensure compliance by monitoring students&rsquo; progress within their 3-year study window.</li><li>Generate student progress, status, and other requested reports.</li><li>Help plan, communicate, and facilitate the end-of-session clearance process for students on campus.</li><li>Assist in planning and facilitating events like graduation ceremonies, taster sessions, Rhema Conferences, and orientation programs.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to compile the graduation list for submission to the Students&rsquo; Services Coordinator.</li><li>Facilitate the printing and signing of student certificates as required.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments for the planning and execution of the graduation ceremony.</li><li>Assist in the ordering of graduation gowns and preparation of certificates.</li><li>Conduct graduation dress rehearsals for students and faculty members.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the role.</li></ul><p><strong>Person Specification</strong><br />Education and Training:</p><ul><li>B.Sc., HND, or equivalent in Secretarial Studies, Management, or related discipline.</li><li>RBTC Diploma desirable.</li></ul><p>Skills and Knowledge:</p><ul><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.</li><li>Friendly and approachable disposition.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a calm demeanour.</li><li>Excellent team player, proactive, teachable, and able to remember names and faces.</li><li>Computer literacy and proficiency with internet and administrative tools.</li><li>Strong communication skills, effective in both large and small group settings.</li><li>Knowledge of school policies and respect for confidentiality.</li></ul><p>Personal Qualities:</p><ul><li>Vibrant, passionate, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.</li><li>Strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity.</li><li>Genuinely desires to see lives changed and demonstrated ability to live out Christian faith daily.</li><li>Approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>This role is ideal for individuals who have a heart for ministry and enjoy working with students and staff to ensure the smooth running of campus activities.</li></ul>
