To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with both internal teams and external clients. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial in order to identify and capitalize on market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and
- achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and customer needs
- Coordinate product launches and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
- Analyze sales data regularly and provide reports to management
- Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate leads and drive sales through various channels
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback and recommend solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with services and are not facing any issues with online orders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Job Qualifications:
