- The Information Technology/Administrative Assistant will handle daily IT and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- This includes providing support to users of ICT systems, addressing administrative processes, and collaborating with the services team to meet objectives. The role also involves offering remote support to field staff and working closely with the IT team.
Key Responsibilities
IT and User Support:
- Serve as the local IT Systems Officer, responding to general IT inquiries and providing first-line support.
- Escalate unresolved ICT issues to the Helpdesk.
- Offer IT support for portable equipment such as PDAs, tablets, laptops, and mobile phones.
- Review, procure, and install approved hardware.
- Relocate and reinstall operating hardware as needed.
User Assistance and Training:
- Coordinate with system Super Users to optimize ICT system use.
- Share relevant ICT updates and information with users.
- Advise on the best ICT practices to support core business functions.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of ICT hardware and software.
- Keep accurate ICT documentation and records.
- Perform general office support functions when not engaged in IT-related activities.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Business Continuity:
- Help maintain the Business Continuity Plan and ensure all relevant equipment is operational.
- Conduct periodic tests of the continuity plan.
Customer Service and Teamwork:
- Promptly handle assigned issues and tasks through internal systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote teamwork.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Undertake daily and weekly tasks as directed by management.
Requirement

Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
